Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
1. Who we are
AriesAi (“AriesAi”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted development experience available worldwide. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at ai.aries.info@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data we need to run the service:
- Account data — your email address, username, and any name supplied by your authentication provider.
- Onboarding data — your selected role, interests, and how you heard about us, so we can personalise your experience.
- Content you create — prompts, chat messages, projects you generate, and files you upload (such as images and documents you attach while building).
- Waitlist data — if you join the waitlist before having an account, the email address you submit, so we can invite you when a spot opens.
- Technical data — minimum information our server needs to deliver pages (e.g. IP address, browser type) and to keep you signed in.
3. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Where European or UK data protection law applies, we rely on the following bases:
- Contract — to create your account, authenticate you, and provide the features you request.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.
- Consent — for anything optional (for example, marketing emails or non-essential cookies, if we add them later).
- Legal obligation — when we must retain or disclose data to comply with law.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in and protect your session. These cookies are required for the service to work and, under EU/UK rules, do not require a consent banner.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
5. AI processing
Prompts and conversations you submit are sent to our AI providers (such as Anthropic) so they can return a response. This includes files you attach to a message — for example images or PDFs — which are passed along as part of your request. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your private prompts to train third-party models. Providers may process your data under their own terms; please review their privacy policies if this matters to you.
Voice input is optional and uses your browser’s built-in speech recognition. Depending on your browser, the audio may be processed on the browser vendor’s servers (for example, Google’s servers in Chrome) to turn your speech into text. We only ever receive the resulting text — never the audio itself.
6. Where your data is stored & who processes it
Account and content data are stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage). To run the service we also rely on a small number of trusted service providers (“sub-processors”) that process personal data on our behalf:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file/image storage.
- Anthropic — AI provider that processes the prompts and content you submit in order to generate responses.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing; receives your email and payment details when you subscribe or buy credits.
- Vercel — application hosting and content delivery, and — if you choose to connect it — one-click deployment of the sites you build.
- GitHub — used only if you choose to connect a GitHub account to sync your projects to a repository.
- Supabase (your own account) — used only if you choose to connect your own Supabase account to give an app you build a real database; we store the connection tokens needed to act on your behalf, and you can disconnect at any time.
- Cloudflare — bot protection on our sign-in and sign-up forms (Turnstile) and DNS for our domains; it receives your IP address and basic browser information when you use those forms.
- Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google” to sign in; it confirms your identity and shares your email address, name and profile picture with us.
The editor’s live preview and the sites you build load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives standard request data (such as your IP address) when those fonts load.
Because we serve a global audience, your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Each provider processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account and related data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, unless we are legally required to keep something longer (for example, billing records).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your account and associated data.
- Restriction or objection — ask us to limit or stop certain processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — for anything we process based on consent.
- Complain — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email ai.aries.info@gmail.com.
9. Children
AriesAi is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice in the product or by email.
