Overview

AriesAi (“AriesAi”, “we”, “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. The Service lets users upload, generate, publish, and host content — including images, files, and code. Users are solely responsible for the content they provide and must have the rights to use it (see our Terms of Service).

We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law. We also terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

1. Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content made available through the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, send a written notice to our Copyright Agent (details below) that includes all of the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works).
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — ideally the exact URL(s) on the Service.
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. If your notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the user who provided it.

2. Where to send notices — Designated Copyright Agent

Send copyright notices (and counter-notices) to our Designated Agent:

AriesAi — Copyright Agent

[Your mailing address — street, city, postal code, country]

Email: ai.aries.info@gmail.com

Please put “Copyright Notice” in the subject line so we can route it quickly.

3. Counter-notification

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the Copyright Agent above that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which AriesAi may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

4. Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated copyright-infringement notices.

5. Misrepresentations

Be careful what you claim. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed or disabled by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.
